Erickson Gloria, deputy chief of staff, armed forces of the Philippines. Gloria was among a group of distinguished visitors including Mr. Toby Purisima, the Philippines’ assistant secretary of civil defense, who observed flight operations during a tour of the ship. The enduring U.S.-Philippine relationship is a staple of peace and security in a free and open Indo-Pacific Region.
