(July 24, 2019) Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen candidates closes boxes with their civilian clothes and personal items they brought with them to the Golden 13 Recruit In-processing Center at Recruit Training Command (RTC). The candidates are part of a three-week New Student Indoctrination (NSI) Cycle 2.
