190721-N-RM689-1063 AGANA, Guam (July 21, 2019) Sailors assigned to 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR), Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, NMCB 4, and Commander, Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific, march behind the float they built with their sister city of Barrigada during the 75th Liberation Day Parade. 30 NCR and Barrigada work together on projects benefiting the residents of Barrigada and the Seabees assigned to 30 NCR through the sister village program.
