190721-N-RM689-1020 AGANA, Guam (July 21, 2019) Sailors assigned to 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR), Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 and NMCB 4, hand out paper fans to the locals of Guam during the 75th Liberation Day Parade. 30 NCR and Barrigada work together on projects benefiting the residents of Barrigada and the Seabees assigned to 30 NCR through the sister village program.
