190716-N-IA905-1439 PACIFIC OCEAN (July 16, 2019) The hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Dragon Whales of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28, the Peruvian navy logistics support vessel BAP Tacna (ARL-158), and a Peruvian navy Bell 412 helicopter practice maneuvering techniques. Comfort is working with health and government partners in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean to provide care on the ship and at land-based medical sites, helping to relieve pressure on national medical systems strained by an increase in Venezuelan migrants.
