190625-N-RD699-1020 DIEGO GARCIA (June 25, 2019) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Joseph Wilson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, applies a broom finish to a concrete pad for the Pacific Air Force. These concrete pads will be used to hold materials and equipment. NMCB-4 is forward-deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief and to provide general engineering and civil support to U.S. and joint forces.
