(May 29, 2019) Julius Shoulars, 94, a resident of the Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach, Va., is interviewed for an oral history by staff members from the Hampton Roads Naval Museum. Shoulars entered service with the U.S. Navy as a coxswain shortly after the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
