190419-N-BQ610-238 SAN DIEGO (April 19, 2019) Family and friends reunite with the crew of the littoral combat ship USS Charleston (LCS 18) during a homecoming at Naval Base San Diego. Charleston arrived to its San Diego homeport after successfully completing the ship's maiden voyage from the Austal USA shipyard in Mobile, Alabama.
