(April 6, 2019) A competitor in the 2019 Navy Great Lakes SeaPerch competition removes an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) from the USS Indianapolis Combat Training Pool at Recruit Training Command. The SeaPerch program provides students with the opportunity to learn about science; technology; engineering and mathematics (STEM) while building an underwater ROV as part of a science and engineering technology curriculum.
