Misty Posey provides a session covering hidden influences in thinking, acting, and decision-making to midshipmen during the Women in Naval Service symposium hosted by the University of Michigan Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps unit at the Graduate hotel in Ann Arbor. This event was held in conjunction with the U.S. Navy's observation of Women's History Month and provided over 150 midshipmen from units across the country with the opportunity to interact and learn from female leaders serving across the fleet.
