Steve Parode, director for information warfare integration for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare, discusses the information warfare community and professional development with officers attending the Cryptologic Warfare Officer Basic and Afloat Cryptologic Managers courses at Information Warfare Training Command, Corry Station.The visit offered Parode the opportunity to review information warfare training initiatives and discuss current and future training for the Navy's rapidly changing information warfare missions, capabilities and roles. Parode's visit also offered an opportunity to update him on the latest force training transformation approaches for building a talented fleet through initiatives, such as Ready, Relevant Learning.
