190314-N-IB739-1048 YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 14, 2019) Command Master Chief Alonso Cadena, command master chief of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, and Seabees assigned to NMCB-3, Detachment Yokosuka, finish concrete at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
