190312-N-UI104-0031 INDIAN OCEAN (March 12, 2019) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) and the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) line up in a formation prior to a replenishment-at-sea with the USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199). The ships are part of the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group and are deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
