(March 10, 2019) Steel Worker Constructionman Marshall Lybarger from Piedmont, Oklahoma assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 (NMCB-5), checks that the wall of the Southeast Asia (SEA) hut is square. NMCB-5 is building the huts during Exercise Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19) for use by Navy Expeditionary Medical Training Institute on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Working hand-in-hand, the Navy expeditionary force and 1st Marine Logistics Group capabilities complement each other in the building of advanced naval bases.
