(March 8, 2019) Coastguardsmen assigned to Port Security Unit 312 (PSU-312) conduct weapons qualification and proficiency training t Naval Base Ventura County during Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19). Tactical crewmen and coxswains assigned to port security must maintain weapons proficiency to provide pier side and port defense and tactical support to moored naval vessels.
