(March 2, 2019) Engineman 1st Class Juan Torres, a recruiter assigned to Navy Recruiting Station Spanish Fort, and Construction Electrician 2nd Class Roxanne Brown, a recruiter assigned to Navy Recruiting District Miami, provide Navy recruiting surveys while during Navy Recruiting Command's Swarm Mobile evolution and in support of Mobile Navy Week. Recruiters from Navy Recruiting Command and Navy Talent Acquisition Group New Orleans, along with the Navy’s virtual reality asset, the Nimitz, compile a “Swarming Team,” which is a new recruiting strategy in support of the national policy to build a 355-ship Navy. The Navy Week program serves as the Navy's principal outreach effort in areas of the country without a significant Navy presence.
