190222-N-TX939-1042 DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Feb. 22, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Detachment Diego Garcia, install trusses and cross beams for a tension fabric structure. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
