(Feb. 20, 2019) Chief Equipment Operator Daniel Romero, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Detachment San Clemente Island, hands tubes of explosives to Equipment Operator 2nd Class Raluca Dabija to stage materials for basting operations. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
