190216-N-CV851-2042 MAUBISSE, Timor-Leste (Feb. 16, 2019) Builder 3rd Class Janiah Philon, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, cuts plywood for the prefabrication of formwork during the construction of a three-room school house and restroom facility for school children in Maubisse, Timor-Leste. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
