190215-N-DR346-1008 OKINAWA, Japan (Feb. 15, 2019) Construction Mechanic Constructionman apprentice Dale Groves, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, performs maintenance on a medium tactical vehicle replacement truck. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
