190214-N-PA017-1031 SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 14, 2019) Steelworker Constructionman Diana Jimenez, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Guam-Construction, builds rebar cages for the construction of a concrete pavilion in support of the U.S. Coast Guard. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
