190214-N-N0443-0001 LEMOORE, Calif. (Feb. 14, 2019) Aviation Electronics Technician 1st Class Dennis Shive, left, a Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU) Lemoore instructor, assists technicians with attaching ALR-67 test equipment onto an F/A-18 aircraft. Shive is a key player in developing CNATTU Lemoore's first "BURST" course held onboard Naval Air Station Lemoore. The goal with BURST courses is to tackle specific critical aviation aircraft maintenance degraders by rapidly developing and delivering training at the point of need. The BURST course concept is an example of changing up how training is delivered to Sailors as part of the Navy's Sailor 2025 Ready, Relevant Learning initiative.
