The event is hosted by Thai Lt. Gen. Siravuth Wongkantee, director of Joint Civil Affairs Royal Thai Armed Forces, in collaboration with Joseph Martin, director of the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DMHA) and Thai Maj.
