Ford (CVN 78), uses a deep fryer to cook chicken wings for a dish in the notional restaurant his team created during training at Stratford University. Sailors assigned to Gerald R. Ford are participating in Chef Jacoby Ponder's first Chefpreneur Academy at Stratford University, where they are learning skills in cooking, marketing and creating a business.
