190208-N-HV627-0078 CHINHAE, Republic of South Korea (Feb. 8, 2019) Builder Constructionman Apprentice Anthony Lacava, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Chinhae, digs a trench to uncover communication lines at the Port of Chinhae onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
