190207-N-PA017-1115 SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 7, 2019) Builder Constructionman Christopher Moore, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Detachment Guam-Construction, applies finishing touches to concrete placed in column forms for the construction of a concrete pavilion in support of the U.S. Coast Guard. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
