190203-M-DP650-687 RAYONG, Kingdom of Thailand (Feb. 3, 201) U.S. Navy Steelworker 2nd Class William Hulse, right, and Steelworker 3rd Class Hayleigh Smith weld together two steel beams during construction of a multifunctional building at Ban Man Kroi School in support of exercise Cobra Gold 19 in Rayong, Kingdom of Thailand. The U.S. Navy and Royal Thai Navy worked together to give back to the local community in efforts to strengthen military-to-military bonds. Exercise Cobra Gold 19 emphasizes coordination on civic action, such as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief events, developing interoperability and unity of action in crisis contingencies.
