190124-N-PA017-1024 SANTA RITA, Guam (Jan. 24, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Guam-Construction set up scaffolding in preparation for an overhead concrete placement for the construction of a vehicle storage building in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
