190109-N-YG414-042 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 9, 2019) Hull Maintenance Technician Joshua Dekam, from Sandusky, Mich., and Damage Controlman Fireman Bryanna Terrero, from Denver, both attached to U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), operate a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) charging station in order to refill SCBA tanks. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
