Phil Sawyer, commander of U.S. 7th Fleet, visits the crew of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20) during a waterfront visit to forward deployed naval forces operating out of Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan. Sawyer and Master Chief Tobi Howat, U.S. 7th Fleet top enlisted Sailor, made the visit to Sasebo to thank the crews for their hard work as well as hear directly from the crews operating in the 7th Fleet.
