(June 26, 2020) An infographic created to emphasize Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Charlie Minus protective measures for the continental U.S. States-based echelon II commands, numbered fleets, type commands, region commands and their subordinates. While some localities are easing community restrictions, commands and service members shall maintain Secretary of Defense directed and U.S. Fleet Forces Command/U.S. Naval Forces Northern Command implemented HPCON C- measures that remain in effect, both on and off installations until HPCON Bravo health protection measures are set. This is to limit the spread of COVID-19 to U.S. Navy service members, civilians and families, and efforts to reduce COVID-19 exposure shall be implemented while balancing mission requirements.
