Robert Westendorff during a ceremony at CNATRA headquarters aboard Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. The ceremony was limited to immediate family in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Defense, and Navy COVID-19 spread mitigation guidelines.
