(May 26, 2020) Builder 2nd Class Dalton Pottebaum, from Tomah, Wis., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, removes a nut from an anchor bolt after placing concrete for an EA-6B Prowler aircraft display addition at the Point Mugu Missile Park outside of Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu. The Seabees are providing support to the base that will also serve as a graded project as part of a command sustainment exercise. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
