Gilday are briefed by Recruit Training Command (RTC) instructors at the USS Wisconsin live-fire range. The acting SECNAV, CNO and the master chief petty officer of the Navy visited RTC, the Navy's only boot camp, to observe operations during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
