(May 4, 2020) Recruits fix their key chain inside their compartment after they arrived at Recruit Training Command (RTC) following a 14-day Restriction of Movement (ROM) period at an off-site facility. RTC is conducting ROM with recruits before they begin their in-processing to reduce the risk of COVID-19. More than 35,000 recruits train annually at the Navy's only boot camp.
