200501-N-CO914-1058 NAVAL BASE GUAM (May 1, 2020) Sailors assigned to aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), who have tested negative twice for COVID-19, are asymptomatic and completed their off-ship quarantine or isolation, prepare to board the clean ship. Thousands of Sailors from Theodore Roosevelt were moved to local hotels in an effort to implement an aggressive mitigation strategy to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of the Sailors.
