Syzdek, assistant public works officer at the U.S. Naval Support Activity, Naples Italy, a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his design of the $40 Million repair of the C4I critical systems, for coordinating tenant input and construction impact mitigation, boosting resiliency for phase three war communications across three Combatant Commands.
