Reventlow addresses mission essential service members returning from Guam on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, April 27, 2020. While in Guam, U.S. Service members with 3rd Marine Logistics Group offloaded an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) from the Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of the DoD�s COVID-19 response and enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) mission is requested.
