200424-N-JO908-1080 MANAMA, Bahrain (April 24, 2020) A Mark VI patrol boat, assigned to Commander Task Force (CTF) 56, comes alongside the Royal Fleet Auxiliary landing ship dock RFA Cardigan Bay (L3009) to perform a simulated replenishment-at-sea through rafting in port. CTF 56 is responsible for the planning and execution of expeditionary missions including coastal riverine operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
