200420-N-PP451-1029 SANTA RITA, Guam (April 20, 2020) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 Detachment Guam work alongside Sailors assigned to NMCB-1 to assemble and place tents during construction of an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF). The EMF is being constructed to support DoD�s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to support Guam and the region if requested. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
