(April 18, 2020) The assistant navigator informs the commanding officer, executive officer and chief of the boat that the commissioning pennant has been fully raised aboard the Virginia-class attack submarine USS Vermont (SSN 792), bringing the ship to life during a small commissioning ceremony held by the crew.
