Daniel Brown, assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron 15, from West Frankfort, Ill., answers a phone call from a Sailor assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) at the hotel task force command center charged with supervising a Government of Guam and military-approved hotel. Theodore Roosevelt Sailors were moved to local hotels in an effort to implement an aggressive mitigation strategy to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of the Sailors. Sailors remain in quarantine in their assigned lodging for at least 14 days, in accordance with DoD directive and the Governor's executive order.
