200415-N-EC658-1001 NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 15, 2020) Sailors assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 75 prepare to distribute pre-made meals and water in support of Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) in isolation and quarantine at controlled locations at Naval Base Guam.
