200410-M-AQ282-1402 NEW ORLEANS (April 10, 2020) Sailors assigned to Expeditionary Medical Facility, New Orleans Detachment, make arrangements for patients to return home from the personal housing unit (PHU) in New Orleans, La., upon receiving their negative COVID-19 test results, April 10, 2020. The EMF is in charge of the PHU which is designed for symptomatic patients transferred from area hospital emergency departments with pending COVID-19 test results.
