200324-N-WA745-1108 POHNPEI, Federated States of Micronesia (March 24, 2020) Steelworker Constructionman Shareine May, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, Detail Pohnpei, places mastic for vinyl composite tile in the library facility at Sokehs Pah Elementary School. U.S. Navy Seabees are renovating the school, which educates over 140 students from kindergarten to eighth grade from the island of Sokehs. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
