Sean Flanagan is pipped aboard during the change of command ceremony for the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Pasadena (SSN 752) at Naval Station Norfolk, March 6, 2020. Flanagan relieved Cmdr. Corey Poorman as commanding officer of Pasadena during the ceremony.
