200228-N-KV163-1039 CHICAGO (Feb. 28, 2020) Rear Adm. Robert Nowakowski, deputy commander, of Navy Recruiting Command, addresses Junior ROTC cadets from the Admiral Hyman G. Rickover Naval Academy after a breakfast at the Union League Club of Chicago. The speech and Nowakowski’s presence are part of Navy Recruiting Command’s Swarm Chicago evolution. Navy Recruiting Command consists of a command headquarters, two Navy Recruiting Regions, 15 Navy Recruiting Districts and 11 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups that serve more than 815 recruiting stations across the world.
