200228-N-CR843-0141 MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Feb. 28, 2020) Aviation Electronics Technician Airman Recruit D’Ante Merard, assigned to the Skinny Dragons of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4, services oil on the port engine of a P-8A Poseidon aircraft following a maritime domain awareness flight over the eastern Mediterranean Sea. VP-4 is currently forward deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and is assigned to Commander, Task Force 67, responsible for tactical control of deployed maritime patrol and reconnaissance squadrons throughout Europe and Africa.
