(Feb. 11, 2020) Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation William Bray delivers the keynote address at the fourth annual Naval Innovative Science and Engineering (NISE) Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) held in Charleston, South Carolina. He described the Naval Research & Development Establishment (NR&DE) 10 Year Strategic Plan. The NISE TEM allows for scientists and engineers to team up and learn more about projects within Department of Navy and Department of Defense sectors. NISE is focused on improving the Government's human capital and facilities of the Naval laboratories while delivering innovative solutions to the warfighter.
