(Feb. 12, 2020) Engineman Fireman Charles Rivers, a Sailor assigned to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 2, directs a forklift as it loads food and other supplies onto a Landing Craft Utility (LCU) at Marine Support Facility Blount Island on Feb. 9, 2020. The supplies were sent to the USNS 1LT Baldomero Lopez (T-AK 3010), which will be offloaded during Maritime Prepositioning Force Exercise (MPFEX 20) to train critical expeditionary capabilities and facilitates bridging the seam between operations on land and sea.
